MXBS8312B NUMERICAL CONTROL HIGH SPEED CAMSHAFT GRINDER
MAIN FEATURES:
MXBS8312 numerical control high speed camshaft grinder was first made in1980s.It has been awarded several times by municipal government,the province and the nation.
It is controlled with microcomputer,the two axis controlled by PC.the main shaft of grinding adopts dynamic-static pressure bearing;It is designed with two step peripheral velocity of the wheel(60 meter or 50 meter persecond),for coarse grinding(high speed)and precision grinding (low speed). It can be used for heavy grinding and substitued grinding for turning.It is a prefect equipment suited for grinding the camshaft blank of chilled alloy cast iron and forged steel in metalindustry.(The turning processing can be omitted)
Adopting of PC,i.e.programmable controller in the electric system of the machine can make stable and reliable operation.
Diamond roller mechanism,which is of the function of wheel compensating and automatic correcting,,is used to correct the wheel wear
This wheel can automatic dressing and compensation capacity,there are two kinds of dressing speed,slow or fast,decided by the operator.
