MKS8312C NUMERICAL CONTROL HIGH SPEED CAMSHAFT GRINDER(THREE AXES)

MAIN FEATURES:

The main drive system of the grinder adopts AC servo motor and ballscraw structure to ensure accurate feed and reliable action .It can achieve auto control of three axes.i.e.working table movement,feed of wheelhead feed of dresser on wheelhead.It change the hydraulic worktable into servo transfer to ensure accurate located.it more fit for grinding the cam,at the same time,it is more efficiently.

The hydraulic system is simpler.The machine is additionally possessed of several automatic protection measures.When malfunction occurs,the machine can give warning automatically and stop operation cycle to ensure the safety of equipment.

The main shaft of grinding wheel adopts dynamic-static pressure bearing;the main shaft case and guide rail are separable so that they are convenient to service and replace.
